Webinar Series: Al in Clinical Documentation

Webinar Series: Al in Clinical Documentation
This webinar introduces the concept of Revenue Intelligence, where Artificial Intelligence continuously analyzes operational and financial data to identify revenue risks, predict denials, prioritize work, and recommend the highest value actions before problems occur.

What the Chart Did Not Say: Clinical Documentation Improvement in the Age of AI

Not for CME Credit

This interactive, case-based webinar uses two deidentified patient records. The first case shows how one documentation gap can affect the clinical story, coding, medical necessity, claim quality, payment and compliance. After the audience and an experienced reviewer examine the chart, the Neura CDI Analyzer reviews the same record and connects each finding to supporting evidence. A second short case allows attendees to compare their observations with Neura and the final expert review. The session closes with clear guidance on where AI should assist, where it should stop and why qualified human review remains essential.

Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions using the questions pane for the Q&A session at the end of the webinar.

Description
Healthcare organizations have invested heavily in EHRs, Practice Management systems, and Revenue Cycle teams. Yet most revenue cycle operations remain reactive. Teams identify problems only after claims are denied, payments are delayed, AR ages, or revenue has already been lost. As reimbursement becomes increasingly complex and staffing challenges continue to grow, reactive workflows are no longer sustainable. This webinar addresses how healthcare organizations can transition from reacting to revenue problems to proactively identifying risks, prioritizing opportunities, and taking action before financial performance is impacted. Using practical AI driven Revenue Intelligence, organizations can make faster, smarter decisions while improving operational efficiency and financial outcomes without replacing their existing systems.
