Election Speeches
The candidates, Dr. Chris Constance and Dr. Mark Rubenstein, were each allotted 4 minutes. The candidates had the option to take the whole time themselves or to have a nominating speech and a personal statement. Based upon our tradition of having candidates speak in alphabetical order, Dr. Constance will speak first, followed by Dr. Rubenstein, who has opted to be introduced by Dr. John Montgomery.
