We will assemble two teams of judges
- First team (ADVANCE JUDGING) will evaluate posters virtually, focusing on criteria such as layout, content, significance, and adherence to published guidelines.
- Second team (ON-SITE JUDGING) will assess the presenters' skills, including their ability to describe their project or case and respond to questions during the live event.
This year, advance judging will play a crucial role, as only the top 225 scoring posters from the virtual judging round will be invited for formal presentation at the live event. Live presentations will be limited to 225 posters.
