The Florida Medical Association is the state’s largest and most influential organization dedicated to serving physicians – Doctors of Medicine (MDs) and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) – who are licensed to practice medicine in Florida. Member Categories of the FMA:

• Active – $450 Physicians practicing full or part time in Florida
• Military/Gov – $145 Physicians employed by the military, VA or government health departments
• Senior – $99 Fully retired physician
• Out of State – $99 Florida licensed physician or physician applying for Florida medical license that practices/resides in another state
• Student – Complimentary for students enrolled in a Florida allopathic or osteopathic medical school
• Resident/Fellow – Complimentary for Residents/Fellows enrolled in a Florida-based allopathic or osteopathic residency/fellowship program
• Physician Assistant Associate Member – $150 PA practicing in Florida
• Physician Assistant Associate Member Out of State – $99 Florida licensed PA or PA applying for Florida license practicing in another state
