Webinar Series: From Barely Surviving To Thriving (CME)

Webinar Series: From Barely Surviving To Thriving (CME)
Explore strategies for physicians to balance self-care and mindfulness, set healthy boundaries, and reignite their passion for medicine.
Webinar Series Graphic

Physicians face challenges in practicing self-care and mindfulness within a healthcare system that often prioritizes others' needs. By examining unmet personal needs, accepting limitations, and setting healthy boundaries at work and at home, they can move from merely surviving to emotionally thriving. This session will encourage open dialogue and help participants explore strategies for recognizing and communicating unmet needs, understanding the impact of past experiences on boundary-setting, and creating an action plan to rekindle their passion for medicine.

Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions using the questions pane for the Q&A session at the end of the webinar.
